ARC Meetings
WPHA ARC Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 5:00 pm in the park. ARC submitters must attend these meetings, and general resident attendance is encouraged.
SMHA ARC FORM 2025
We use the Suntree Master HOA ARC Form which is available on both their website and ours. SMHA reviews our approved ARC's on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month and these ARCs must be submitted at least 5 days beforehand.
