ARC Meetings
Waterford Point ARC Meeting 2025
The Suntree ARC is a two (2) process. First the sub-association (WPHA) reviews your ARC request. There is no charge for this service. After this approval you take the ARC form and any necessary fee (check) to the Suntree Master Association for their final ARC review and approval. Denied ARC requests can be appealed to the SMHA Board.
The WPHA ARC meetings are held in the park at 5:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, on a as needed basis. Please drop your ARC request with any Board Member at least two days prior. We ask that you attend this ARC meeting to answer any questions we may have and receive your ARC back to take to SMHA for their final review.
SMHA ARC Form and Meetings 2025
We use the Suntree Master HOA ARC Form which is available on both their website and ours. SMHA reviews our approved ARCs on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month, and these ARCs must be submitted at least 5 days beforehand.
Holiday Gathering
Dear Waterford Pointe Neighbors,
It’s that festive time of year again! Please join us on Saturday, December 6th at 9:00 AM at the front entrance as we come together to decorate our community for the holidays.
After we finish decorating, we’ll enjoy a Potluck Holiday Treat Gathering. The HOA Board will provide hot cocoa and muffins, and we invite everyone to bring a favorite holiday treat to share. We’ll have tables and electricity available—just remember to bring your own chair!
If you have any holiday decorations you no longer use but think would make a nice addition to our entrance display, feel free to bring them along. This year’s décor will include two blow-up decorations, three white circular trees, colorful spotlights, and bush lights—but we always welcome new ideas and additions!
Let’s kick off the season with holiday spirit, warm cocoa, and good company. We look forward to seeing you there!
